You know those series that just become your comfort reads? The ones you reach for when you’re in a slump and need something that just hits every time? Yep, this series is that for me. Every time I pick it up, it’s like slipping back into a world that’s equal parts chaos, secrets, and pure found-family gold.

Ever continues to be one of my all-time favourite female leads. She’s fierce, confident, and gives off total “don’t mess with me” energy, and I absolutely adore her for it. Even though she’s still keeping parts of her abilities under wraps, she dominates every scene she’s in.

The guys? Absolute ride-or-die chaos in the best way possible. The way they adore Ever and would literally do anything for her makes my heart so happy. Together, they’re unstoppable.

And honestly, I need more of their backstories. There’s still so much we don’t know especially about Ever’s past. You can feel how much she’s been through, but we’ve only gotten hints so far. Same goes for the guys. I want all those deep, emotional layers we’ve just barely touched on.

Okay, but can we talk about Jynx and Ever together?! I swear, every time those two are on the page it’s pure girl power magic. I love how effortlessly they bring chaos and confidence to every scene.

And then came that ending.

WHAT. THE. ACTUAL. HELL.

You can’t just end a book like that and expect me to act normal. The reveals, the twists, the secrets! I was on the edge of my seat and yelling at my Kindle. I need answers. Immediately.

This author knows how to write a story that grabs you and refuses to let go. The worldbuilding, the emotion, the chaos, the heat, it’s all perfectly balanced. Every time I finish one of her books, I instantly need the next.

This book had everything: action, emotion, spice, and enough twists to keep me glued to the pages all night. I completely inhaled it in one sitting and now I’m diving straight into the next book because I physically cannot wait another second to see what happens next.
